For the last 20 years she has been a strength, sports performance, lifestyle, and nutrition coach. She now sees most of her strength training clients on her app where she creates personalized workout plans and incorporates check ins, movement coaching, and guidance. She’s passionate about educating women on lifestyle changes that can support their bodies through the menopause transition. @regainhealthcoaching Julie Derr - Julie Derr, based in Nashville TN, has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness arena. She earned a degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training and worked in multiple sports medicine clinics and with the LPGA in her early career. In recent years Julie has shifted her focus to health coaching. As a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Midlife Specialist, she specializes in women’s health with her main focus on midlife and menopause.
